Overview

I am a Grade 12 International Baccalaureate Full Diploma student at John G. Diefenbaker High School in Calgary, Alberta, and I am also the Alberta Coordinator for YSF Canada's SMARTS Program. I have participated in the Calgary Youth Science Fair since 2002, Intel International Science and Engineering Fair in 2007 and 2008, and the Canada-Wide Science Fair in 2006. My research focusses around photovoltaic and sustainable technologies in the field of energy.

Science and music are two major aspects of my life I am passionate about, and the majority of my extra-curriculars, activities and volunteerism revolve around them. I am very interested in science education initiatives, in order to broaden opportunities for youth that I did not have when I was their age.
